What is energy medicine?

This quote is a succinct definition: “Conventional medicine, at its foundation, focuses on the biochemistry of cells, tissue, and organs. Energy Medicine, at its foundation, focuses on the energy fields of the body that organize and control the growth and repair of cells, tissue, and organs. Changing impaired energy patterns may be the most efficient, least invasive way to improve the vitality of organs, cells, and psyche.” – David Feinstein, Ph.D.

Data suggests that energy therapy balances the Autonomic Nervous System, detoxes the body, reduces inflammation, increases circulation, and clears trauma at a cellular level.

The resonant frequency used by the LiFT™ has an ability to detect the vibration of your body and any imbalance. That imbalance is harmonized with the exact opposite frequency.

What makes the LiFT™ unique?

The LiFT™ combines sound waves, colored light and a resonant chamber with powerful scalar waves. It’s intentionally created with wood for its living energy and acoustic properties. Sacred geometry is utilized for the platform and the dimensions of the LiFT™. The music was exclusively created by high vibration musicians, holding the space of LOVE for each and every one that hears the sound waves from the ART of their music. No MP3 files are used, they compromise the integrity of the frequencies. All music files are large .wav files.

What are the possible benefits of doing LiFT™ sessions?

The LiFT™ is a sound and light chamber that uses resonant frequency to move and/or re-route blocked energy. It reduces stress, relieves anxiety, depression, offers relaxation, and works to detox the body.

Can you explain the importance of the music used in the LiFT™?

Music has long been known to have therapeutic properties. The Bible says that when King Saul was mentally tormented, the harp music that the young David played for him was the only thing that soothed his soul. Some of the music used in the Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse® was created and produced exclusively for use in this device. Many researchers, including Kay Gardner, author of The Inner Landscape, have identified the following:

  • Piano may be used to bring the nervous system into balance.
  • Drumming may build the immune system and is highly effective for Parkinson’s, MS, etc.
  • Flute may be used for anger issues, gout, sciatica, insomnia
  • Bells may bring the heart chakra into balance. Bells may also be used for high blood pressure, asthma, apnea, heart and lung problems, breast cancer, allergies, fear of intimacy, low vital energy, adrenal fatigue.
  • Harp may be used for depression.
  • Violin may be used for tumors, etc.
  • Nature sounds may work on the DNA.

Can I use my own music during LiFT™ sessions?

We cannot tell you what to do, but we DO recommend you use the approved music that it comes with and not add any music of your own.

Who invented the LiFT™?

Gail Lynn, inventor of The Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse®, a patented technology that delivers the frequencies of light, sound, and color to the body in a resonant chamber for commercial use. Gail was asked over and over for a “Harmonic Egg / Ellipse” that could be used in the home. She created LiFT™ as an answer to that need. The LiFT™ is small and more affordable for the home. Harmonic Egg, LLC centers can be found around the world and the Egg-xperience is quite nurturing and amazing. The Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse® is a marvel to view and the personal service from trained Egg / Ellipse Guardians can’t be duplicated by having a LiFT™ in the home. The LiFT™ vs. Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse®

How does the Harmonic Egg / Ellipse compare to the LiFT™?

While both are self-evolving energy technologies, the Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse® has a full sound system with a sub, amp, two speakers and two light systems. The decision on the sound and light equipment was studied and researched with sound and light engineers and are rated for the cubic air space of the Egg / Ellipse. The integration after an Egg / Ellipse session is 5-7 days…7 days is best. The Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse® does not use any Wi-Fi or Bluetooth technologies. The LiFT™ has a single speaker and one light system. The LiFT™ speaker is hardwired to the provided music player. The LiFT™ has less cubic air space and sacred geometric intention. However, it’s still a very powerful chamber due to the enclosed capsule. There is a self-care guide that comes with the LiFT™, and 16 music selections. The LiFT™ is powerful in its own right, but does not have an Egg shape, less sacred geometry and will be a shorter integration time so it can be used in the home for individuals, families and pets. The LiFT™ modality is the same as the Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse® with the use of sound and light. The LiFT™ will bring an energy of peace and tranquility to homes and families.

Is the LiFT™ an Infrared Sauna?

No, the two modalities are very different and effective in unique ways. However, we believe all modalities should be respected and used as instructed. Each energy modality in the marketplace has an integration time and users are encouraged to understand the proper use of each and every one.

Can I use the LiFT™ for commercial use?

NO, the LiFT™ is not a commercial unit and can not be used for commercial use. However, the LiFT™ can be used for corporate, workplace, healthcare and academic wellness on a not for profit basis.

The Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse® is our sound and light product for commercial use. Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse® Guardians receive extensive training and support to be able to serve the public safely. We believe that these types of modalities are the wave of the future. In person and remote sessions can be very powerful and anyone using them on themselves, or for the public should be careful and use them with proper training, intention and education. We do not offer the training on the LiFT™ that we do with the purchase of a Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse®, therefore the LiFT™ is not available for commercial use at this time. Will I hear binaural beats in the LiFT™?

No. There are many therapies that try to “force” the body and brain into a fixed outcome. The LiFT™ meets the user where they are and does not force an outcome, such as a specified brain pattern, a certain hertz frequency, or even a desired emotional state. The body is a complex mechanism, and there is no one size fits all. Each of us has a different set of rules and needs for healing. Trying to force an outcome can just further confuse and intensify the issues. The LiFT™ will match where you are and gently unwind the stuck places to best meet your needs for healing.

What do I get when I purchase a LiFT™?
Each LiFT™ includes: 1 LiFT™ technology*, a music player with 16 original songs. The songs are composed by different musicians, all co-created by Gail Lynn**, Gail Lynn’s book, Unlocking the Ancient Secrets to Healing with so much information on how sound and light therapies work and have been around for thousands of years, USBs with all the music that is on the music player for you to use in other areas of your life, a self-care guide and installation instructions / video. *Wood structure, LED lights installed inside with external light remote, LiFT™ speaker installed inside. **Song notes that include the title of the song, colors intended to be used for the song, chakras the song will assist in balancing, musical tones the song is recorded in and other helpful tips to really tune into the song and its intention.
How will my LiFT™ be shipped?

The LiFT™ will be packed securely and shipped freight delivery. It is approximately 500 pounds, but it comes in pieces. Your LiFT™ will arrive in two separate shipments.

  1. – Your LiFT™ technology will be shipped from Colorado, USA, and arrive with installation instructions.
  2. – Your products ship separately from Michigan, USA. This package will include:

– Your Music player will be loaded with 16 original songs. The songs are composed by different musicians, all co-created by Gail Lynn.

– Gail Lynn’s book – Unlocking the Ancient Secrets to Healing.

– 5 USBs – all the music that is on the music player. The USBs also include song notes. The song notes include the title of the song, colors intended to be used for the song, chakras the song will assist in balancing, musical tones the song is recorded in and other helpful tips to really tune into the song and its intention.

– LiFT™ Self-care guide.

Is there an option to pay an additional fee for assembly?

We are working to support that request. It’s a 2-person assembly job, but easy to assemble.

Is the LiFT™ difficult to assemble?

You will receive an installation video and we believe it’s very easy to assemble. It’s made by a company that was in the trade show industry where assembly for expos needs to be fast, easy and efficient.

Troubleshooting Sound / Speaker
 
More in depth troubleshooting:
1) Be sure to check the instructions and be patient with the speaker reboot process, it takes about 2 minutes.
2) Is the speaker plugged in / getting power?  There will be a green, blue or yellow light you can see through the panel inside the LiFT™, or you can take the speaker out from the top and check it in another outlet in your home. When working properly, the speaker light should be yellow, not blue or green.
3) Is the music player charged?
4) Is the volume of the music player set correctly / as instructed in your LiFT™ Self-Care Guide under the music player instructions?
5) Is the music player wire plugged into the headphone port / hole?
6) Are the cords that plug into the speaker connected properly / tight fitting?
7) When you wave your hand over the speaker does the front light up and show the 1-2-3 lights? If yes, they will not stay on, they do turn off, but waving the hand over them does boot the speaker and will take about 2 minutes.  Then you should see the yellow light through the holes in the speaker slide panel, inside the LiFT™, when it’s ready to play music.
9) Hit 1 – 2 – 3 on the speaker.
9) Play / test the music player and be sure it’s playing / counting that the song is playing.  If not, reboot the music player by holding down the button on the top right until it turns off (about 3 seconds) and then holding the button again to turn it back on (about 3 seconds).
10) You can also try to hit 1 – 2 – 3 on the speaker again and then play music.
11) The speaker is not Bluetooth for this technology.
12) Note: The speaker plugs into the power from the top.  The lights plug in from the bottom, under the hexagon platform.

What are the dimensions of the LiFT™?

The assembled LiFT™ is 48 inches in diameter and 78 inches high. The hexagon platform is ~34.5 x 40 inches.

Be prepared for your scheduled freight delivery. Your LiFT™ will arrive in a crate that is 51 1/2”W x 42”D x 68”H. This crate weighs 485 pounds. The carrier will have a lift gate for the residential delivery, but there is no service to place the crate inside your residence.

Please be mindful, LiFT™ uncrating and assembly REQUIRES 2-3 people depending on their strength and skill levels.

What are the Electricity requirements?
 

Currently, the LiFT™ is manufactured for North American specifications, but we are working to expand internationally. For now, our international LiFT™ customers can use an adapter / voltage converter.

 

What is the significance for using a hexagon base inside the LiFT™?

A hexagon is a 6-sided geometry…6 is a very powerful number. We don’t want to get to woo-woo.

What are the specs on the LiFT™ sound equipment?

A Denon Speaker is installed in the LiFT™. It sounds amazing inside the LiFT™! The speaker is hardwired to the provided music player. All the music will be loaded onto the music player for you before delivery.

What type of lights are used in the LiFT™?

LED lights. These LED lights are the closest we can find, with the current technology, to the full color spectrum… from Reds to Purples. The lights are mercury free, so they do not off gas mercury like some LED lights. It is very important to use safe lights! There are EMFs outside the LiFT™, in the room from the building or home. Just like any other home or building there are EMFs everywhere. The Harmonic Egg® / Ellipse® and LiFT™ hold no toxic materials which could compromise the health of the client / user.

LiFT™ Light Remote User Tips

Can I sit on a cushion, pillow or chair?
 

Yes, you can use a meditation cushion, couch pillow, stadium chair or a kitchen chair.  We recommend sitting lower to the ground, as opposed to sitting on a kitchen chair, due to the speaker being on the top and closer to the head.

It’s best to use products that are natural and washable. During your seating search, please be mindful of the inside dimensions of the LiFT™ (~48 inches in diameter. The hexagon platform is ~34.5 x 40 inches.), you don’t want to completely block the colored light emanating from beneath the hexagon platform. Users may prefer to bring in their favorite pillow, blanket cushion and/or stuffed toy.

 

Do you have any seating recommendations?

Here are some helpful product links. It’s best to use products that are natural and washable. During your seating search, please be mindful of the inside dimensions of the LiFT™ (~48 inches in diameter. The hexagon platform is ~34.5 x 40 inches.), you don’t want to completely block the colored light emanating from beneath the hexagon platform. Users may prefer to bring in their favorite pillow, blanket cushion and/or stuffed toy.

Note: These are not required, just helpful suggestions. There are endless options based upon your personal preference and comfort.

 

 

Can I lay down in the LiFT™? How much leg room is in there?

There is limited room at 48 inches diameter, but a small child might be able to lie down. An adult may be able to curl up in a fetal position on the platform.

 

Can I safely lean against the walls while doing a session inside the LiFT™?

YES

 

Can two people fit inside the LiFT™? Can I hold my child or pet in there? 

There is limited room and it’s your choice to use it for pets. An adult can go inside with a small child.

 

Is it safe to fall asleep in the LiFT™?

Yes, but don’t bump your head.

 

What are the mechanics of the LiFT™ doors? Is there any chance of getting trapped inside of my LiFT™? Do the doors on the LiFT™ lock from the inside or out?

The doors do not lock. The doors are on hinges, easy to push open and can be closed from the inside or outside.

 

Are LiFT™ sessions just as effective with the doors open?

No, the enclosed space is more powerful for the frequencies to work on the body…opened doors can lose some of the resonance.

Is there air ventilation/circulation when I’m inside the LiFT™ with the doors closed?

Yes, there is ventilation in the top and bottom chambers.

 

Can I work or multi-task during LiFT™ sessions, meaning can I use electronic devices inside?

We recommend you go to relax and not multi-task.

 

Can other people use my LiFT™? Can I charge them?

You can share your LiFT™ with family and friends, as you wish. However, the LiFT™ is not for commercial use.

 

Can I do remote sessions on people, animals, places, etc…?

The LiFT™ was designed for home use, not commercial use. We cannot tell you what you can and can’t do with the LiFT™ in your home.

 

 

Can I use crystals inside my LiFT™ during sessions?

We don’t recommend it. It would interfere with the LiFT’s™ natural and powerful dynamics because they are two different energies. Use them both separately. Any type of crystal placed in the LiFT™ WILL interfere with its efficacy and function. Understand that a crystal is a type of instrument in itself, and a powerful one at that – there is a reason why they were used in telecommunications in the old days.

 

 

Can I use prescription drugs in combination with LiFT™ sessions?

SURE, never go off any prescription meds without talking to a doctor.

 

 

Can I use recreational drugs during LiFT™ sessions?

We do not recommend using recreational drugs during LiFT™ sessions.

 

 

Self Care and Caring for the LiFT™

Does the LiFT™ support all belief systems and religions?
Yes. It’s simply using sound and light. We are all vibrational beings of light and sound from creator.
Will the LiFT™ be right for me if I’m sensitive to electronic and magnetic fields (EMF) radiation?
Sure! The LiFT™ speaker is hardwired to the provided music player. The lights and light remote are intentionally not Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The music player should be outside the LiFT™ during sessions and there will be minimal EMF.
Is it safe for all ages?

Yes, with proper use.

Is it safe for pets?
Yes, with proper use.
Can the LiFT™ be harmful?

No, as long as the sound is kept below 90 decibels (dB). You can use a decibel meter to test this or load an app onto your phone.

How loud is the music outside the LiFT™, when I’m inside doing a session?

The sound should be set to 50-70 decibels (dB). Lower the volume for autism or dogs. It’s by preference of the user.

 

How high up is the step to get into my LiFT™?

The step up is only 8 ½ inches.

 

Is the LiFT™ handicap accessible? Is there an option for a ramp or step stool?

The LiFT™ is not currently wheelchair accessible, but we might be able to special order one. The opening is 28 ½ inches and some chairs are wider. The average chair is 25 inches.

 

Could the LiFT™ tip over easily? Does it need to be anchored to a wall for safety?

No, the LiFT™ is very sturdy, it is 300 pounds fully assembled. It will not tip over with proper use.

 

Can I eat or drink during LiFT™ sessions?

No, it is not recommended.

 

Can I put my LiFT™ in the basement or garage? 

Yes, but note that it is made of wood, so a temperature-controlled environment is best. If you have extreme temperature changes your LiFT™ may warp.

 

How do I clean/care for my LiFT™?

Dust the inside and outside. Never use water on wood.

For accidental scuffs on the exterior Formica. The Formica is pretty durable. Any retail available solvent, grease remover, etc., should be OK. The issue of concern is not to use anything abrasive… cleaner or rag/wipe. Formica can scratch and any abrasive will change the sheen of the panel (minimum) and may scratch through the decorative layer to the phenolic below (max). We routinely use lacquer thinner and mineral spirits on Formica with no damage. However, many solvents/cleaners will leave a film. A quick wipe after removal with some Windex will leave a film free surface.

All parts are individually cleaned and inspected for adherence to AWI standards before packing. For Formica parts, this includes a blow off with compressed air to remove dust (prevents scratching during wipe down), a full solvent wipe followed by a full Windex wipe.

Do I need to “clear” my LiFT™, energetically, before or after sessions?

No, you may want to smudge your home often to clear energies, if that is your belief system. It is not necessary for the LiFT™, unless you feel the need.

 

Can I paint my LiFT™, inside and/or outside?
 

NO.

 

Can I add fun wallpaper to my LiFT™, inside and/or outside?
